This very embarrassing to get the same type of unprofessional service from the reputed BLUEDART. Without even attempting the delivery guy has just updated the information AREA not accessible. Is this a joke for your delivery team? After this update some other parcel coming through other courier channel was delivered. So your credibility is on stake just because of such unprofessional and dishonest delivery partners. Either your logistic management is not capable enough to get the task done or they are encouraging this to damage the image of BLUEDART.
