I ordered a 16 Gb Sandisk pendrive through ebay.in. And they shipped the order through Blue Dark Courier service.
After 12 days of placing the order, the status on Blue Dart's website was showing delivered. I tried contacting ebay, but they said I must contact the courier service. Then I tried contacting the courier service but they told our delivery boy has taken a signature of the person who has received it. I told them that if I did not receive my product the same day I would report it to the police.
It took them 3 days to get my packet to me. I do not what they did. But in pre paid orders, Amazon and Flipkart courier service confirm the recipient by asking for ID proof. But Blue Dart did not did it, even after all this happened.
Moreover, they took 9 days to deliver the product to Jabalpur from Chennai.This is my worst online shopping experience. Thanks to Blue Dart!
