Withdrawal Pending for 195+ Days. Review on Bitbns

I strongly advise anyone considering using Bitbns to reconsider. My withdrawal requests for Rs. 1, 00, 000(March 18, 2024) and Rs. 86, 974(March 19, 2024) have been pending for over 195 days, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Despite multiple follow-up attempts, the customer support team has repeatedly sent generic, automated responses, failing to provide any substantial updates or resolve the issue. Each time, I am met with the same canned replies, and it's painfully clear that Bitbns has little regard for their customers or their funds. The lack of accountability, transparency, and action is staggering.

I have requested that this matter be escalated to a higher authority, but there has been no progress, and certainly no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable for any platform, let alone one that deals with customers’ hard-earned money.

If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy crypto trading platform, I urge you to look elsewhere. Based on my experience, Bitbns is far from that. Avoid this platform unless you want your funds to be held indefinitely with no proper support or assistance in sight.

Stay away from Bitbns if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
