Bigbasket. Review on Bigbasket

Hello friends, welcome to read my review on Bigbasket.com, today I am going to tell my views on big basket there are so many problems some of the bad things like very bad communication with the customer. I observed that they speak too fast so, I was not able to hear them. Their voice is not clear. Another problem is very poor customer service. If someone wants any information and email them so no one provides us with the reply to that email. Sometimes my order gets cancelled without any reason, and they provide only a short message that my order has been cancelled. I was placed the order and the order get cancelled then if I want to reorder that so, it is not available for me. Nowadays the brand ambassador of a very great personality of our India is Shahrukh who advertising for it but I think his name and fame on the big basket is not able to be so long.
