I have decided to stop buying from big basket. I had always felt buying the same stuff directly was cheaper. But I went for big basket since I can pick and choose what I want from a computer and get it delivered to home. And ofcourse online payment due to recent demonetization issues.
I have experienced the following problems repeatedly due to which I decided not to buy from big basket again
a) I will order some important item 2 days ago for use on week end. At last moment, they will send an email saying that item is not available.
b) they will say delviery from 7.30 to 10 pm, but comes exactly at 10 pm or after. I order thinking there is a possibilty atleast once in a while to get it early for use that evening.
I decided finally to cancel a delivery which came at 10.15.
There is no way really to give any feed back or no message comes if the delivery is late.
Anyway I think bigbasket will go flipkart way if they thing they can continue with the current way of doin things. Anyway good bye to big basket from me.
