Today I talking about an assamese ethenic food restaurant name BHOOT JOLOKIA situated at guwahati zoo road.
Owner of the restaurant chef ATUL LAHKAR provides a traditional quality assamese food in his restaurant.
Assamese traditional food is very delicious if u try then u realise . All vegetable, rice, chicken, pork, fish, are locally produce so it is very hygienic.
Plating of all dices in assamese traditional style so presentation of every plate was very beautiful.
Ambience is very quite so every one love it & decor is also traditional style like bambo chair table.
