The bank of india is not a good bank.The staffs are not at all co operative.I think only this bank is is worst because it is of government .Maximum times they don't have link.Once I was charged with Rs 141 and when I asked them they don't have any reply.And also there is no information online means if you call customer service there will be no one to pick up your call.Don't know weather this is the worst bankbor any other banks are there or not like this.I have transferred my account to other private bank.Worst bank
