Central bank of India is one of the biggest government banking organization of India.
I am an account holder of Central Bank of India from more than ten years and only because only two banks are there in my area and Central Bank of India is one of them.
Let's talk about pros and cons of Central Bank of India. Central bank of India is really good in terms of branch availability , you will get branch of Central Bank of India easily in towns , this is the only good thing about central bank of India , now talking about cons.
First it is government bank so the behavior of staff will be same as pathetic , because no one can fire them from their job. ATM machine availability is really bad , when you will see ten ATM machines then there is a probability that you will get a central bank of India ATM machine.
Online banking is worst , most of the time you won't get the one time password while doing payment with cards( it is good that they provide grid card for Internet banking ) . Overall if you are thinking to open an account in Central Bank of India so change your mood because it won't be a good idea. I gave my opinion rest is your choice
