This is to inform and raise a complaint against the NEGLIGENT and IGNORANT male staff on dated 30/08/19 one application was given to transfer my son's bank address to my present address but uptill now it was not done because of your male IGNORANT and LYING staff and denied of taking the Aadhar card as the residence proof.
