About one year ago, I purchased some electronic products from one of the stores in Sri Muktsar Sahib city using the Bajaj Finance EMI facility and applied for a physical Bajaj EMI Card after paying all the charges.
Now, even after one year and paying all the balance in EMI, I have not received my EMI card.
Many times I have raised this concern with the same Bajaj executive who is working in that store and the one who processed that card application, but there have been no positive results even after one year.
Even though I have raised my concern with Bajaj Customer Care in the Bajaj App, surprisingly, as per their records, there is no EMI Card listed against my name.
Conclusion - This is a very small example of fraud happening at a very low level because most people in rural areas are not asking them about this card, and it seems many officials are involved in this scam.
