While issuing the policy they said that I need a medical examination despite the fact I declared I had hypertension.


They insisted upon medical test, since I thought they were paying it I went for it. After they issued me the policy, the spelling of my name was incorrect. I had to sent 20 to 30 mails to correct it and even to the extent of rebuking them on their facebook page.


Then I sent the medical bill. Nothing happened for a week, I called their call-centre, they told me the received it on 23th July. Then nothing for a week, when I CALLED them, they said they didn't receive it. When I sent the scanned copy of the bill they said it is not acceptable. The problem is not the sum of Rs 1150 for the medical, Imagine if you have a claim. They will never pay it.


UPDATE:


I did purchase the policy. BUT I rue the day. They do not cover Physiotherapy for cervical spondylosis. DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS PRODUCT.


I will NOT BE renewing the policy again.
