I recently purchased a insurance policy for my car, the sales commitment about the policy and the actual policy terms were different. I pointed out the same a month ago there was response or action. I posted on their FB the response was robotic.
My other problem was the actual policy papers, it's over 45 days since I have purchased the policy, I am yet to receive it. Everytime I contact them they come up with a standard reply. we are doing the needful.
When? How?
