I bought a lot of things off of babyoye when I discovered the website on the internet a few months ago. They had great discounts, especially on diaper, and delivery time was really good. It was more than just convenient to have all of the products delivered at my doorstep, especially with two really small children AND being a working mother. The customer care execs were always very polite, and when an order was delayed back in January, went out of their way to ensure I got it. I always opted for the COD option, as its just convenient, and I don't need to use my credit card online. I bought toys, clothes and lots of other baby products.


But somehow in the last couple months, the service has deteriorated. Probably too much of a good thing. Suddenly, I was unable to log into my account. After asking for support from customer care, I was told to change my browser and other suggestions that didn't help. I tried logging in from my work computer, laptop, Ipad. Nothing worked.


Finally, I opened another account, and placed an order, only to be told they don't do COD in my area any more. I was then told to reorder the product and pay by credit card. Which I did. But its just plain inconvenient. And I now use Firstcry. They seem so much better.
