Ashoka Packers and Moverrs is a big cheater. Review on Ashoka Packers and Movers

On 5th February, 2012, I sent some household goods from Bangalore( Karnataka) to Kolkata( WB) for two point delivery by Ashoka Movers and packers( ISO 9001: 2008 certified), Secundrabad, Andhra Pradesh.

After paying the money and picking the goods from my residence, they refused to deliver to two different address in Kolkata . Instead they started forcing me to take one point delivery in Kolkata.

But I never agreed for one point delivery and I had paid extra money for two separate address in Kolkata.

Even I have two different docket numbers for two point delivery.

AL-864.

Even I paid some extra money to get wooden case for LCD TV and Printer. But they did not come with wooden case while packing .But they did not return the extra money for the wooden case. At last I had to agree for one point of delivery .I did not have any other options as all my household goods were with them.

Simply they blackmailed me.

But still there was no delivery after 1 month also.

So, it is very clear how they cheats customers.

In the website( http: // http://www. ashokapackers. com), they are mentioning their company as ISO 9001: 2008 certified company .

But I doubt whether it is really ISO 9001: 2008 certified company or not. I lodged complaint to many consumer forums.Also wrote several emails to senior police officials to Hyderabad and Bangalore.

At last I took help from Kolkata police H.Q, Lalbazar as I knew some senior police officials personally.

After lots of suffering, I got back my materials.

Still they asked some extra money to unload the materials in Kolkata and also they did not deliver at two different location in Kolkata though they had  taken Rs 1000 for that.

So, please be aware of ASHOKA PACKERS AND MOVERS

And please do not take decision by reading reviews from Internet as in most caeses, their own person writes reviews to attract people and cheat them after that.

So, consult your friends and relatives who have some earlier experience about the packers and movers company. Best regards,
