Last week a friend of mine happen to visit this store in search of a competitive book which he was getting no where else . After arriving at the book store, he had some hopes as the the shop had a very good collection of books and he asked for the GS Paper 1 book of Arihant.
The staff asked him to politely sit and wait for some time till he finds out about the book . After waiting for 10 minutes, my friend thought that he would again be disappointed. To his utter surprise, the staff came with the book at hand.
My friend was very happy. The staff said that they can go to any extent for customer satisfaction.
The shop even gave him a 10% discount and asked him to come again next time.
My friend really loved their behaviour towards their customer.
