They have good products. There is no doubt about it. However, the customer service is very bad. hey are cheats as well, and PLEASE DO NOT use Vouchers as they are thieves will steal your money without letting you place the order and then you won't be able to use VOUCHER. They have given a Fax number mentioned in their website, but if you call they will say they have NO FAX. Is this professional behaviour?
I lost Rs 500 in vouchers and they are acting as if I am telling lies. Shocking Service. Please avoid buying from them. If you are a fan, go to a shop and then buy but not from the online store.
