Hello friends Today I would like to share my bad experience about American Express Makemytrip Credit Card. The first year fee of this card is Rs.750. and Second year Rs.1500. I had purchased goods of 51000 and 15000 in mid 2016, which I payed completely through installments of 12 month. next I had made transaction of around 36000. they are charging extra 51000 which AMEX do not have any information of it, also they are appending hidden charges on my credit card which is increasing every month and there is one fraud transaction that happend through my card.i have called amex customer care and have provide all the information. they still has not replied me back on this. what kind of rubbish organisation is this amex that they were lure, lie and have no authenticity on their business, i'll not pay this amount which I have not taken. and i'm not satisfy this servide
