Ok so as my title suggests, What you see is not what you always get and its true. Im an Amazon customer since 3 years and my experience has been good when compared to other online retailers. I make purchases almost every month and most of the time Im pretty satisfied. But sometimes Ive had terrible experience with amazon like for a bag that I had order they had given me a damaged piece without proper tag and cover and the refund also took about two and a half weeks. this was my first such experience though. Amazon overall is very reliable and user friendly domain for our needs.
