Amozon provide very bad service in refund process. I bought a puma sandal. Then I got sandal, but the size is not cofortable. Then I returned that. After then I requested for refund. They sent me a check for that refund buy paye name is wrong. Then They send me mail that I shoul send a mail of authorisation latter, then I sent. After then they mail me that something wrong in that letter. Then again I sent letter after correction.
Situation is that I had been waiting till now.
Oh god. So critical process.
