I Bought QHM 253WJ wireless mouse from Amzon.in. on product web page it was mentioned that it ships in 2-4 day. but after payment, it shows that it will come after 8th day.
Product on receipt looked very cheap quality and stopped working intermittently.
I thought it switches off if I dont use after sometime(45 sec or so).
suddenly it stopped working on 11th day and now I can't return or complain on the website.
then I saw the sellers feedback email and written PooR feedback. on submit button press, amazon website uses my name saying feedback was excellent. its utterly wrong.
customer service web page has email, chat, phone button but none works. this is how MNC becomes pathetic in India.
and govt has no law to protect customer.
