Amazon is one of largest online shopping website all over the world. Customers service of Amazon is great. Amazon provide 24 hours customer support. I have purchased more than 10 products from Amazon.in products are pretty good. But for once I got defeated product form Amazon so I have to return that product. For product I will rate 7/10. Amazon.in gives delivery on the time. Sometimes Amazon.in delivers their products before delivery timeliness. Amazon app is pretty good with simple interface. You can easily search any product from app or website. It's is user friendly app and website. Amazon.in is much reliable than other online websites. I think you should shop from Amazon at least once.
