Hello guys. Few weeks ago I ordered shoes for me and my elder brother for. 1500Rs . In this Ajio.com.I saw this site in television ads and I thought the products will be good.
Delivery timeness
The product I have ordered delivery date was 4 to5 working days like this shown in the ajio.com but the product was delivered after 8 days it was delayed for 2 times and when I was about to cancel the order it was delivered. This was not expected by this biggest online shopping site ajio.com.
Customers service
I contacted to the costumer service when I saw the delay of delivery date. Then they were like it will be delivered tomorrow or after 5days. They did not told me the exact date when the product will be delivered. And they were not takeing care of customers. They were like one customer will be angry than we have lot of customers. The service was really worst.
Product quality
When finally the order was delivered the shoes were good but the quality was poor and the money was really high for this quality products. They were looking premium quality shoes in the site and it was mentioned at the product description also. When I saw it they were not as I thought it would be. I was really dispointed with the product.
Website
The ajio.com site complicated what to see and were to search the items. It was really confusing to me as I it was first time I was ordering here.
Realiablity
The wep ajio.com is real and it is not fake or somthing but the delivery date and product quality was not soo good as I was expecting.
