I bought a sim of the airtel from the airtel store.there are lot of problem of airtel sim there are many network problem in airtel.i live in paharganj and the network of airtel is very fluctuating sometimes the network is good and otherwise all the time network is gone.the airtel customer care service is very bad .i called customer care for my problem instead of solving my problem they kept the phone in rest mode and after that they put the on hold .airtel network is also bad because they cut a lot of balance from the balance and calling to the customer care they didnt solve my problem and put my phone on hold.the call rate of my calling rate is very high and the balance of my phone is reduced very fastly.this is my worst experience with is networking sim.
