I recently took a 4 G connection for which I was provided a sim card and was promised a modem citing lack of stock after few days I get a bill in spite of me not getting modem and not using when I complained to customer care they first did not understand and were rude next I get a call from their goons asking me to pay up or end up in court as though I am the culprit!
Every day they kept on calling and are not at all listening or trying to understand what I was trying to tell they just want me to pay for which I have not used and are threatening with all kinds of things and also the notice from Lok Adalat,
Want to know what I can do.
