Airtel is the biggest network in india. It used to provide great quality calling and services.
But now a days its turning into fraud. I have a postpaid connection and im paying 600 for unlimited net and calling. Recently I saw there is 448 plan in airtel prepaid which is offering the same benifits as my current plan. I didn’t understan why there is soo much price difference between prepaid and postpaid. I went to airtel service center and claimed for a change to prepaid. They said that I would not get any of those prepaid plans if I changed from postpaid to prepaid. Thats the most redicullous thing I have ever heard. They are now trying to get as much money from their customers to cover up the loss they got afetr jio entry. Most pathetic costumer service I face. Now I have applied for number portability to vodafone. Im really confused whom to trust.Please suggest me the overall best network.thank you.
