Some time call not going to problem when start call our area network busy .network busy.so problem some time network issues so plz check your network area very weak service not good call centre or retailer is not give information about sim card and new purchase card there have frc recharge but not giving inf so you using service u have guided to customer right but offer r good so purchase your card so information cus to give right .
