One of worst mobile network provider in india nowadays . There was a time when undoubtedly airtel was best and also one of the oldest in india . As this company is become giant and growing they are becoming arrogant and selfish.
I am facing issue in my area since almost an year for network both 3G and 4G but they failed to provide any service . Even Though I worked for an airtel, I have complained to Gopal vittal also but nobody listens here . They simply say government bann towers in your area we cant do anything, you will not get service . I have complaining and conplaining but no one listens .
Please dont trust airtel anyway . Save your hard earned money and switch to another . In india there is no stringent law for consumers, these companys loot people .
