Initially I was very much excited for choosing AIRTEL because I was very much frustrated with my existing network. In the starting everything was good but as the time passed the situation became bad and now worse. All the promises they show in their advertisement are not 100% true.
In their app, they show so many open networks but the condition of the network remains pathetic. My family members and friends call repeatedly and after 3 or 4 attempts the ring goes.
The condition of 4G is even worse.There is no stability and the network goes off quite often.
AIRTEL could be summarized as follows:
Network - Not stable - Rating: 2/5
Customer Service - Good Rating: 4/5
Billing- As there are different plans, so you could choose any plan as per you need. Billing is done according to your monthly plan Rating: 4/5
