I'm using Airtel right now and both the cellular network and DTH network are horrible.
The prices are incredibly expensive and the service is awful. They charge Rs. 150 for every visit even if it's their fault.
When you call the customer service, they're talking to each other without putting themselves on mute and are laughing all the time. I have to yell at them and scold them every time I call them.
The picture quality is good but it's higher on the price.
