Too expensive and service not that great. Review on Airtel Broadband

Airtel is very popular and reputed company in telecom services but when it comes to broadband service it lack some points in its services. I had a airtel broadband connection at my home and the problems I faced were first that it was too expensive, second it after a limit period of time net speed slow down very much and I dont think that they provided even service of 512kb/sec speed after the expiration of limit.

After 4 months the modem got damaged and was not functioning properly and when I call the customer care service it took them 5 days to change my modem. I mean the reputation they have in the market and the service they are providing is not upto the mark and it was below average for company like airtel. the other problem was the plans are too expensive. they start from 899+ taxes, well I dont think a person with average salary could afford it. On the other hand companies like reliance are providing much better service, speed, reliability at low cost then airtel. I wont recommend it to any one
