Hello friends
I am using airtel broadband services since more than 3 years.i am based at indore(M.P)
well I would like to share my good experience with this company
*Pros*
- consistent connectivity and speed -no data loss in 3 years
-Prompt customer service-my most of the issues have been solved within 24 hrs
- very good plan of unlimited voice calling(mobile and landline any operator) in just 50 rs monthly.
-systematic and detailed bills- bills are very easy to understand and clear.
-ease of upgrading speed through SmartBytes when free limit has been exhausted.
*cons-*
-bill plans are bit costlier as compare to the competitors.
this the only downside that I have experienced till date.
I recommend every broadband user to go for airtel broadband services. I am enjoying the services.
