My International roaming -IR -the bill was so high. I have been told that IR is enabled with zero charges. I would get a bill only if I used it.
But although I never used the IR facility, I got 900 rs. bill. I keep on calling.calling.asking.asking.they repeatedly telling me like a parrot, sir your bill is like that becoz you used IR.
I didn't pay the bill, so the late payment fee, GST, and extra roaming for IR were all they put on my head. I requested for call history.
They are simply saying that they are sending the call history.but not sending it. Keep on skipping. I don't understand but getting irritated by their lies.
After the 16th time of my calling ONE BIG SECRET HAS BEEN REVEALED .that.IF YOU ARE GETTING A CALL FROM INDIA TO US .AND IF YOU ARE CUTTING THE CALL WITHOUT PICKING UP.YOU ARE CHARGED RS.90!
See this daylight looting by AIRTEL. Becoz they are considering the call cutting as ATTENDING the call. SEE THE FRAUD.
AND NO PMP IS INFORMING ME THIS SECRET TO ME.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TRAI is doing?!
Now a days atrocity of AIRTEL is going beyond limits.
