It has been 4 long years since I'm using Airtel service. Earlier airtel service was awesome but nowadays I don't know what happened to this network. I'm really very disappointed. Sometimes it shows emergency calls only, Internet speed i.e; 4g data connection turns into 3g/2g no speed at all. Maximum time while browsing takes a longer time and also shows poor data connection means connection reliability is very poor videos butfers too much. A few days back I did a recharge, calls and messages are free but I'm not able to use my internet don't even YouTube. Service and support I must give 0/5. I'm really fed up of this network that's why I wanna change my Airtel number to jio.
