Network coverage: -The network coverage of the Aircel is damn bad sometimes it catches and sometimes it doesn't .If you move to some rural place leaving city it start showing the network in roaming.The people use this sim just for calling purpose not for using internet cause it has a very bad reputation for internet.
Customer service: -The customer service is ok not that great you cannot expect great service from this company.
Charges & billing: -The company offers same service as everyone the charges for their calling rate is very low that's why people use Aircel sim.But not for internet Aircel 3g net is like 2g.
