Hi,
My Mother in law had a minor accident on a visit to Jaipur and fractured the lower end of tibia and fibula, and had to be brought to Chennai.
The front office staff, inside staff and everyone were so courteous and helpful. The best part was the captain himself came and spoke to the patient. She and the attender were both upgraded to business class.
I thank all the staff and the captain for the help.
