My brother in law was shifting from noida to BAngalore and he gave some furniture to us for us. There was one glass bookshelf, one setty, balcony chairs, fridge and tv trolley.
We wanted a safe packer and mover and hence went for Aggarwal as it was a well known brand. When we approached them they assured us that they will do bubble wrap and will not brak anything. We asked for insurance and they said that we should trust agarwal. We were the biggest fools to do this.
The bookshelf glass got broken on the way. One wheel of tv trolley was also broken. The staff that got the furniture was handliung the furniture in a rogh manner. When asked about this, they were very rude.
When asked for compensation, they just washed their hands off. Overall, they charged me 16.5k and then I spent 4k on repaiurs. All to the time waste and mental trauma.
I will never ever recommend agarwal packers and movers.
