I am very fond of the internet. During my stay at Bangalore, I opted for Act Fibernet broadband service.
I called them and they agreed to install it. After that I called tgem up and one guy picked up the phone who was very rude and ill mannered. I was shocked to get such rude response. Then they came to install it in my PG. Even during that they were making fun of me and my language. None of them could properly speak english so they would always laugh and make some jokes whenever I asked them anything.
Thats it even when my internet was disconnected, they did not respond quickly. My experience was so bad I stopped it after one month only
