I am the customer of the Act broad band since last eight months back, I have taken the plan of 10mbps speed the speed was really good comparing with the other networks, it is not only the national brand but it is the international brand, but at the time of starting connection the service was very good for three to four months, but the days pased the service was very poor, and the standerd of that Act broad band was decreasing less, because the main aim any company was to fullfill the customer service, but these comnpany fulfill only their personal needs of them, how you know?: For every area their will be a one head their job is only to give connection to others, because if they give connection their rating will be increase and they will be promoted to higher jobs . If they rectify these mistake there will be the top company not only in one state but totaly in India
