I am very old user of ABC Broadband wireless broadband and I was satisfied with ABC Broadband from last three years but for the last two I am having very bad experience with ABC Broadband service.Just two month ago I had faced some issue with ABC Broadband broadband speed. while they are committed to provide 2Mbps speed as per my postpaid plan but I am hardly getting this speed some time I am not able to login on ABC Broadband and most of the time I am getting 30Kbps - 70Kbps net speed.
Infact I had called them number of time regarding the same issue and they tested at there end and fix there technical engineer visit at my place but it's not happened and I always got message from them . that engineer had been attended the visit and fix the issue. it's happen 5 times with me from last two months.
Today, I decided finally requested them that I am going to slander ABC Broadband boraband service. And I am not going to pay any my out standing amount to them also.
Sorry ABC Broadband . your behavior have been very rude with me . this time I am doing the same and not going to pay any amount to you.Any time you can come at my place and you can take your device from here. Thanks you very to provide good service to me from last three years except last two month.
