"Kaunsa refund" "don't use harsh language" etc. are some few words on chat support when reached out to them.


Why shouldn't I use harsh language if the roll I ordered was such a Waste and my flatmate got sick by eating that, I will shout and one more thing I did wrote harsh language for the restaurant but the guy on the chat support instead of understanding tries to provoke me?


I was not having any photograph of the food, but I was just pointing on restaurant not on zomato service but after that rubbish guy provoked, I demanded an refund and here they reply.


Before this order I received number of worst orders but never blamed zomato service but this was fng rude.


They don't have client retention vision in their head.


I will try my best to convince others not to use zomato and very soonI will tweet about it, now it's my personnal grudge.


God If I can give them a negative star instead of+1.
