After seeing the demo at Vijay Sales store, I was really impressed with this Zicom Colour video door phone & purchased this video door phone but the product that the company Zicom delivered to my house was not operating as they had given a defective product since the first day.I had a big fight with them as they were not ready to believe and cooperate and even though there was a warranty period they had asked for repairing and service charges.

Though the video on the 3.5 inch Zicom indoor unit screen was good but the sound of the bell installed in the indoor unit was very faint and not very audible from nearest room also.The various theme songs in the bell were also not good.I called up their service centre and even they could not fix it.Even after calling the company service centre several times, they had not sent anyone to fix it.After repeated reminders, someone came in and was not able to fix the bell sound nor the bell as in a few days even the bell on the outdoor unit was not sending signal to the indoor unit.A total waste of my money and time with poor after sales service.
