  1. Being a regular customer, this is first time I faced a worst service ever!

I took walk in appointment on 18th March for next day morning full waxing(hand legs underarms an threading). I was on time nex day which was 20th March Sunday, they allotted me a room where AC as  not working and I have mentioned this couple of times to the girl who was doing my services. Her response was YES, there is some problem with this AC. Wax room without Ac unbelievable! after doing my wax that girl suddenly said there is no Brazilian wax available can you come tomorrow and get your underarms done?I said NO. Monday I have office I need it now only. She said "LET ME CHECK WITH THE MANAGER" again she came and said No maam its not with us, please come any day today we dont have any stock, then I told her its not random I came, I took an appointment one day prior why such unprofessional approach? her response was" Maam you already took an appointment okay let me CHECK WITH THE MANAGER. Suddenly she came with Brazilian wax, I asked her how come you got when you said its not available at all? she said Maam I dont know please talk to the manager. I was shocked!

  1. I asked what wax you are doing she said " my wax" I clearly said look you have to let me know coz my skin is sensitive I had alovera wax last time here, I got rashes so this time I am conscious. She had no answer.I asked her to bring the catalog where I can see rates and thought of doing my pedicure though. I asked her about pedicure no knowledge at all, that's ok she is new I believe but soft spoken and humble. I asked which wax it is there is no where mentioned "my wax" then she said ohh this is'BLUE WAX" .I asked her again where is  blue wax  mentioned here? Then she said its lavender, I was like too disturbed. I asked the manager whats going on I asked her why you people lied that no Brazilian wax available  and now you people dont know what wax you are applying on customer. without knowing anything she said its ALOVERA.I lost it! I said I need clarity right away if its alovera then I am not gona accept this cuz I said clearly that I dont want ALOVERA coz I had rashes last month cuz of this alovera wax.After keeping me waiting for 5 mins She asked that girl who was doing my service to bring the wax. she got it then that manager  is saying its a new wax its not thr in the catalog but good for skin.I told her that AC issue though, she said it will never happen again.  I thought let not take this long I asked for a invoice after threading. A man was thr he kept me waiting for 15 mins then he said you will get this in sms. no hard copy. and this hard copy last time also I haven't received.  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! be professional its good brand dont spoil name because of all this. otherwise you will  loosing customers.I need a service recovery.
