They have worst delivery agents who never delivers on time and will keep your shipments at your nearest hub for days until the excitement of getting your new product fades off. They don't have any telephone directory in their website to help customers to contact the nearest hub in case of any discrepancy .They have worst costumer service who don't pick calls and will never reply to your email query. I am really surprised how this company is surviving since 2015 with such a pathetic customer service and the most careless staff ever existed in a courier company.
