Product: Prima Kitchen Cabinet
The product was purchased based on the size mentioned in the portal. The delivered unit was of a lesser size. When this point was raised the support team is arguing that the product department considers the size of the wooden plate on the top of the product as the product size and not the usable area where crockery is stored. The product details does not specify anything about this information and now I understand that it was purposefully hidden from the customer, a case of misrepresentation of facts.
They are probably not aware that its the responsibility of the product manufacturer to provide clear and unambiguous details of their product and not leave the customer's to worry about it after the product is delivered.
The product does look good and there is no denial about that. The very fact that how I got cheated is indigestible.
The management does not speak with customer. Its just the money that matters to this company like any other fraud company. They have caused huge pain and bad experience.
I should have looked for reviews about Woodenstreet before deciding to go with them. That a huge mistake from my end and I deeply repent.
