I bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator 355 Elite Alfa Steel(355/340 ltrs.) from Next Retail, Rajapark Jaipur on January 14, 2016 but till date despite a lot of follow up with the store I am unable to get the bill. Is this the quality of service the retail chain promise to make a difference?


Today even after 13 days, no response from the store for delivering/giving the bill. I am not sure how to deal with this problem. As on date I am holding an asset without bill despite paying in full the agreed price. Despite speaking and posting the customer grievance on whirlpool website, even the Electronic Giant is helpless in ensuring that the correct practice is followed at their suppliers stores.
