Hi Future Wells Contractor Employee's,
DO NOT JOIN as a contractor, they treat you as a insect, they DO NOT have ethics at all, no personnel life balance. They give you all junk work like updating excel sheets, making documents, updating passwords(NO technology related work at all). They force you to come on the weekends and full time employees are made to enjoy weekends. They don't even allow you to take a proper tea break(leads call you every minute). You cannot raise your concerns to HR as you are not a full time employee and moreover no one cares to listens.
Join at your own risks friends. Hope this might help you to take a right correct decision.
