My brother was a part of this company for a short duration of time since he got fed up of the work carried out there and I too was trying to become a part of it but my brother opened my eyes.
salary and benefits are too low as compared to other companies that are situated in hyderabad and specially talking about benefits they are none, no benefits provided for hard work it is just luck chance.
job security is not guranteed to you and even you yourself wont feel any security working here you can be thrown out any time since the work is so hard you get fed up and timeline is too short to complete.
career growth don't even think about it.working with this company simply means you have no experience that is simply certificate experience is of no use since you don't learn anything.
work environment is too poor they are too too strict thy wont allow you to carry your phones and many other strict rules which makes it seem as if you are working against your will.
CEO is the sole responsible person for whole process and the work being carried out.CEO too is arrogant and dosent answers to question of employees in a sure shot manner.
leave it and try somewhere else
