In this busy schedule we are unable to care about our health.but with some small things we can stay fit and healthy.the first thing eat dinner 2 hour before you go to bed.sleep 8 the morning drink luke warm water.then go fresh.after do some physical activity like yoga.have a healthy breakfast rich in protein and fiber low in fat.avoid junk fruits when you feel 10 to 12 glass of water your meal slowly.dnt drink water between food.drink after 40 minutes of urs food.the pain thing be happy.remember will be fit and fine.thanks regards Prince
