First of all I need to speak about employee to employee communication which is pathetic in this company they don't talk to each other when they are changing shifts.

Coming to my concern I had booked a car in voler cars for one full day which is two days before from my actual travel date. While booking I had forgotten to enter pickup location which I realised immediately and contacted customer care immediately(which resides in Delhi) and said that they will be changing the pickup location as per my convenience with delivery charges(which I did not pay single rupee for 1 time booking I don't know if that was an offer to first time customers). And immediately after that I got a call from Bangalore office saying "we will be delivering the car at desired pickup point". And on my travel day I called them asked where is my car? and the reply was shocking they will not be delivering the car as I did not pay the delivery charges(which they did not communicate how and where to do it after booking the car). After so much struggle I convinced them after returning back I will pay the delivery charges they said it's okay and will be delivering the car. I received my car with delay of 1 hour which is OK and I can stick to my travel plan.

This is where the problem raised, my communication happened between two different people in two different shifts who did not communicate to each other on what has happened with my booking. And they started blaming me that I did not communicate with them. Night shift guy says I was not communicated by my previous shift employee. And the night shift guy started blaming me I did not communicate to him correctly. If there is no communication between the employees what should I do?. Do I need to take communication classes.

But still I was happy as I completed my travel plan as planned. And here comes the pickup boys(two people) who came to pick up their car all checks are done and everything looks good I had to deliver the car by 23:30 and I waited for them till 00:15 on the road(which is just 4 kilometers away from my home) with my better half who is pregnant with a 2 year old kid. The pickup boys dropped entire family on the road and left. I begged them to come with me or give me the car I will drop my family and come back they said no we don't have time it is already late and customers are waiting(I waited for them because first time when I booked the car the pickup guy came along with me to my home to drop my family and leave with car).

I am not sure if it is gods grace we reached our home safely.

I ask VOLERCARS employees/managers/ who ever if in this situation if there family/friends are there will they drop them on the road leave?

I am giving one star because I cannot give 0 stars.

I strongly recommend if you are travelling with family never book car from voler.

Money is not a matter as we can pay extra amount. but this kind of attitude and rude behaviour is a serious issue with company.

Also I need to speak about the damage charges. it costs 5000 for even a small/minute dent. Be careful don't even think of sitting on it and taking a picture which may cost you 5000.
