I have been using vodafone since last 10 yrs every month my bill was coming around 500 in the initial yrs.slowly the bill amount started inflating while my usage remain the same. My last bill I paid was around 3200. I tried contacting the vodafone many times to check the reason for such high bill but I didn't got any support. So I decided not to pay the bill till they give response to my complaint. But as usual they did not gave any response and all of sudden they barred my outgoing. again wrote to them but there was no response. Finally I walk to the voda store I asked executive about the billing issue but he was clueless. Frustrated but I didnt wanted to close, so I asked him if I get any rebate he assured me that late payment of 131 will be wavied off . Accordingly I paid the 3200 amount and got my number active again. But today again I m getting message of bill pending of 131. Really frustrated . I would suggest not to go with vodafone
